Tech Tips

WILL CATCH

• Bonito
• Tailor
• Trevally
• Snapper
• Australian salmon
• Small kingfish

WHEN TO TIE ONE ON

• Ideal for early morning pelagic runs off breakwalls.
• Perfect for chasing bonito bust-ups.
• Great for prospecting reef edges.

HOW TO USE

• Cast and count it down to reach feeding fish mid-column or bottom.
• Use 10 to 20lb gear and a loop knot for better flutter.
• Try a slow lift-drop for bottom species or a fast burn for surface-feeding predators.

THINK OUTSIDE THE SQUARE

• Match the hatch:
  • Silver or white is deadly in clear water.
  • Try pinks or greens in low light.
